Last weekend, 16th - 19th May, was the Craft Central 'Made in Clerkenwell' Summer Open Studios.
I had the wonderful opportunity to showcase & sell my products there, up on the 3rd floor of the Clerkenwell Green building, in a little room (a sink room I made into my own space, of which many people thought was in fact my own studio!).
I had a really great time, being only my second ever 'proper' show & my first ever Open Studios, it was lovely to get positive & encouraging words & feedback from the public, and of course to sell my products!
I rather jam packed the space with my products, including greetings cards, handmade notebooks, mugs, cushions and bespoke paper cut works. And covered the walls with my design work, a mix of pencil, watercolour and paper craft, to demonstrate the journey of my work and design process, but also to display how my own 'studio' workspace looks.
Thank you for coming along those of you who did, said lovely things & bought things! I hope you greatly enjoyed not only my space, but the whole show - I'm sad I didn't get a chance to have a good look around myself.
